They service was first class and very friendly. Next visit I’ll dress more appropriately and treat my wife to what I’m sure would be a stunning meal.

A former Methodist church donated to the town by the local cobbler this is truly authentic. Keeping all of the original features the old pulpit is now the reception.

All of the dishes are freshly cooked and you can watch the chefs at work through a viewing window. On our visit the manageress and our female waiter were a delight , friendly, and helpful. Just what you need when my sister in law trying to eat a langoustine was like a scene from Captain Nemo Twenty Thousand Leagues under the Sea.

Overall a great night out and great food. They also have little original primary school blackboard which displays the specials and sweets . Truly authentic original touch. Ask for a sweet and it gets pushed to your table . Or just ask to see it as I thought it was great and added to the unique experience of the building.

  Lovely restaurant, recently moved into an old church which they managed to heat extremely well. Excellent service and very nice food.

  During a short break in Blairgowrie we ended up coming to this lovely restaurant on both nights. The choices on the menu were varied and the specials were excellent and... read more offered a range of dishes at different prices. The wine list also offered good choices. The emphasis was on seafood but for those who wanted something else there were very tasty pizzas. We would recommend without hesitation as it catered for those who wanted to have a ‘treat’ meal out and those who just wanted a tasty, good value one with no pretension, unnecessary’frills’. Hope to come again and will recommend to friends too.
